Bio: Marla joined Gastroenterology Associates of Gainesville in 2009. Marla is a Certified Physician Assistant. She performs rounds at both Northeast Georgia Medical Centers to assist our Physicians in providing excellent patient care. Marla earned her Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama in August 2003. Prior to that she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Shorter College. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and American Gastroenterological Association. Along with her professional organizations she is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
